Swiss wealthtech firm CAT Financial Products announced that legal expert Ulrich Sauter has joined its firm as a partner.
Sauter will be juggling multiple roles at the CAT Group including that of general counsel, independent attorney as well as board member and corporate secretary.
With more than twenty years of international experience in the regulatory area of financial markets, Sauter aims to drive the expansion and organisation of the CAT Group within and outside of Switzerland.
Sauter was previously the general counsel of Leonteq for more than 10 years. He also served Tezos Foundation in the same capacity for three years.
Sauter is a specialised independent lawyer for Distributed Ledger Technology, Blockchain, Digital Assets and DeFi Solutions.
